Based in Australia and working internationally, she is a Director, Videographer, and Presenter with a background in music, painting, and the performing arts. Her love of creativity and nature filters through every frame she captures.

Since 2012, Sophia has been the sole filmmaker and editor behind the beloved television series Colour In Your Life, and now serves as its Presenter and Creative Director. Through hundreds of artist features, her uplifting presence and sharp storytelling skills have helped shape the series into a global treasure.

Alongside her documentary work, Sophia collaborates on music videos, corporate stories, wellness promotions, and passion projects. She thrives in creative partnership, with a natural ability to make people feel at ease in front of the camera and a deep care for the integrity of each narrative.

Prior to her film career, Sophia spent several years performing and teaching music — including piano, vocals, bass, and guitar — and played in bands for over 7 years. Her creative instincts were also shaped by time spent painting and swimming with dolphins in Port Phillip Bay.
